This was painted out by Bartlett Lake outside of Phoenix during the spring. The yellow is the brittle bush and the blue lupine. Poppies are another flower that commonly blooms here in the desert. I like the sweep of the palo verde tree. It can be wild and untamed. Love it.
The painting is unframed and varnished.
I take off tomorrow morning for the Plein air convention, so posting may be erratic.
