I spent 2/12 hours in the dentist's office today.  It wasn't fun.  Fortunately I was offered nitrous oxide which I naturally accepted.  I was encouraged to think of a pleasant, peaceful scene.  So I went back in my mind to a lovely day near the ocean, pounding waves, sailboats a'sailing along.  It worked.  Now I'm back at home healing.
