Persephone, from the legends of Greek and Roman mythology, finally escaped the confines of the underworld and became the essence of Spring, which she loved. Bright yellow greens fly out of a dark, autumnal space of burgundy, which, when gliding upward, becomes leaves and flowers in a background of warm reds and yellows.
