New York, New York by Kay Wyne

New York, New York
Contemporary Palette Knife Painting

This painting is a donation for the Taste of the NFL.  With the Party With A Purpose is the Saturday night before the SuperBowl, and this painting is being used for publicity purposes.  I used the palette knife on this canvas.  I am posting this as my 22nd painting for the 30 Paintings in 30 Days.  More painting today in the studio as I am still working on a new horse race and and older one.  Thanks for viewing....Kay

"In The Distance" Abstract Landscape/Seascape Palette Knife Painting by California Janet Bludau

12" x 12"
Oil
The blues and greens in this painting are soft and restful.
Blue is sometimes difficult to read on our computer monitors.
Let me know if you would like any other photos emailed to you.
If I had to name the predominate blue, I would say
"Soft Turquoise"

Original oil painting Paris Eiffel Tower modern abstract fine art by Karen Tarlton

Paris Eiffel Tower
24x30
Oil

I love the pulls and drags of some of my abstract palette knife works involving rain people and animals so I combined a bit of architecture into this one.
Blurred abstract lights and brilliant contrasting color bring a bit of city swank to the canvas, and add color and sophistication to this textural painting.
