Lovely Scottish Sunset by Sarah Morley

We have been feeling very chilly here in Stockport, UK. Plenty of snow and it happens so rarely that it is always a big event when we get it - see January view from my studio, below.

The knife painting class I run have also been doing some colour work on the colour red. The challenge I set them was to paint using only red, green and white plus one more colour if they were desperate. I had a go too, I also used some Chrome Yellow to this sunset which was my contribution. It is a view of The Minch, from the Isle of Lewis, Scotland.I made some lovely purples with my red and green. The result warms the cockles of my heart! Hope it warms yours! It is painted on box canvas and is ready to hang. It is 30" x 20". Priced at US$400 plus shipping. I ship anywhere!
