Years ago, when I first started selling paintings, I did a lot of pet portraits.  It was both a good and bad thing.  Everybody loves their pet, so usually, they were extremely excited to get their painting.  The bad thing was I had to paint from their photographs, which were usually terrible!

I couldn't!  Every once in a while, I find a face I just have to paint. Usually it is furry.
