This impressionist painting depicts the historic buildings on the Thames River, London, England, of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben at dusk, the many Gothic spires reaching through the foggy sky to the pale moon. Somewhat abstract in the approach, and painted with a palette knife, for texture, this is my impression of a favorite cityscape.
