Contemporary Palette Knife Painting
I got my palette knife out for this painting...I used thick, juicy globs of oils...so it will take some time for it to dry. I wanted to paint a landscape that would take the eye from the foreground to the horizon. The wildflowers are put in with very little detail...just shapes, color and texture.
