A brand new glowy, textural palette knife work.

It's raining in California today so this one seems appropriate.

It's just about dry but the yellow colors always seem to take a couple extra days.

I am  so happy to have painted so many of my collectors holiday gifts in November.

Thanks to all and it's been my pleasure.

Many are shipped off and some are on the drying racks curing and will  ship off next week.

I hope you all have time to email some photos of the works hanging in happy homes, I always love to see it!

Softly muted so the focus is upon the couple, specifically the red umbrella.

Rain, rain, the poor south is flooding right now.

This storm's been on my mind hence rainy scenes.

I do love a little soft downpour though,

Especially with an arm pulling you close and keeping you warm right?

For those of you who don't know me well, I thought I would give you an update:

Well.....I'm an artist, a mother, a wife, a gardener, a daughter, an organizer, a sister, a traveler, a scuba diver, an animal lover, a flower collector, a home body, a decorator, a blogger, and a coffee lover, chocolate fanatic!

I do love to paint and so of all my activities, this I do everyday, for some 20 years now.

We recently moved so the paintings I'm listing now are all brand new and still wet!
