This will be my first time to exhibit in the 2012 Bayou City Memorial Park Art Festival and I'm looking forward to it. I've heard so many wonderful things about the organization and the art community in the Houston area. They host a fundraising event called Sunday in the Art, where they offer artworks only from the selected artists exhibiting in the festival. I created this piece especially to donate to this affair - it feels good to give back a little and help to support the arts.
