More Calla Lilies by Pamela Blaies

Calla Lilies and Antique Silver

I found this antique silver creamer that I absolutely adore! It's small, round shape repeats the round edge of the table which I like alongside the delicate curves of a Calla lily. The reflective surfaces of the table and the creamer bounce color and light around the painting adding interest.

Curves and Calla Lilies by Pamela Blaies

Calla Lilies in White

9" x 12"

oil on canvas

I love the way the light dances through the paper-thin, curvy, white petals of these Calla Lilies. The shape is echoed by the edge of the round table and a magenta ribbon curling through the composition.
