Double Leaf Poppy by Artist of Texas Sheri Jones

Double Leaf Poppy

22x28 oil on canvas

I painted this in my front garden on Sunday. I loved spending the time at home painting.  It was a fun challenge to paint this large outside in the wind.  I used a palette knife and painted in one setting. This is available for purchase. $550.00

Travis Avenue Shadows by Artist of Texas, Sheri Jones

Travis Avenue Shadows

11x14 oil on canvas

I loved the shadows the trees were casting on this house in my photo. I went back recently to see if the flowers would be blooming. I was not disappointed. The home owner was out working in the lawn when I walked up. He quickly called his wife out to give me a tour of her garden. She also gave me a tour of her art collection. The highlight was seeing my friends art.  Jill Randall painted  a portrait of this house and did a fabulous job.
This is available for purchase. $350.00
