Talavera and Oranges 11 x 14 oil $550. Click here to buy.
Hi everyone,
I finished this still life today with the talavera pottery coffee pot, oranges and grapes. I added the glass vase with foliage, because I like a more informal still life and I liked the reflections. Both the oranges and grapes are very reflective.
I used to paint a lot of still lifes with oranges and lemons. They were always available since I had the trees in my yard, but at my new place my trees that I planted are not producing, yet.
You should check out the guest blog post I have on my new website Art Workshops Online. Diane Olsen, an artist, life coach and workshop instructor wrote an article, Color Your World. It's really a good read.
Talk to you all tomorrow.
