Balboa Bay by Deborah Harold

Summer time in Newport is a busy place. Balboa has the sailing classes and 

the Jr. Lifeguards along with the kayakers and paddle boarders. It is colorful,

and a wonderful place to paint. This was a gray day so I added the colors of the houses to give it 

a little pop.
