I like the sherbet like colors I used in this piece.  The windowpane stroke of the brush I often use comes very naturally for me as it was the number 1 "doodle" I always did as a kid.  You know:  you are sitting in class and your pee-chee is on the desk and you start doodling.  Mine was often a variation of the above.  The line of trees are applied with a palette knife.
