During my Plein Air Workshops beginning this Saturday I’ll be helping artists learn to see the potential in various subjects and translate that into paintings. Like this example.
I did this painting while scouting one of the sites we’ll be painting at in the coming weeks.
I also show artists how to get set up for outdoor painting without spending money on things like a French easel or other expensive equipment.
This simple pizza box easel is an example. It’s a way to try your hand at Plein Air painting and see what all the excitement is about.
There are still a couple of openings in the workshop beginning Saturday, so email for details if you’re interested.
