White Rain Roses
by Nancy Medina

Oil on Archival Panel
White Rain Roses is my fifth painting in the 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge by Leslie Saeta, be sure to check out her page to see all the amazing entries. I painted these roses in my mother's kitchen in East Texas so the lighting was a bit difficult to control. It's always nice to paint here, because Mom likes to watch and then cheer me on at the end. Usually in my own studio, the pugs only give approving noises when I break out the snack bag!
The studio models take a bow!
